It is an established truth that any Life Science graduate with a Bachelor's degree awarded by an University is eligible to work in the Clinical Research Industry as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Research Coordinator, and with various designations as per company policy, in Clinical Data Management, Regulatory Affiars, Quality Assurance, Biostatistics Divisions, of mainly CROs/Sponsors (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device and Cosmetic Companies).

A prospective employer would be more comfortable to hire a candidate with good communication skills, those who are self motivated, optimsitic, dedicated, hard working etc., and with basic knowlledge of ICH GCP.
